Where is the Lovely Waterfront Seacoast Suite?
It is a bayfront guest suite in Dover, New Hampshire, about a 10-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth and close to Kittery, Maine, UNH, and the Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The exact address is shared after booking to protect the host’s privacy.
How many guests, bedrooms, beds, and baths?
The suite sleeps up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom. Two is the maximum occupancy.
Is this an entire home or a private suite?
It is a private-entrance guest suite within a home, right on the bay. You have a private entrance, patio, and waterfront deck; the host is close by.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 2:00 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is not promised; ask when you request dates if you need a window change.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation terms are shared with your quote and hold. This website uses a request-to-book flow: you are not charged on this page. Do not treat a date request as a paid reservation until we confirm in writing.
How do I book?
Use Check dates on the home page to pick dates and guest count, then complete the request on Request dates. You will not be charged yet. We confirm availability and next steps by email.
Is there a full kitchen?
No full kitchen. A kitchenette with a mini oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge, and a dining table is provided. Breakfast is provided on arrival.
Is there parking?
Free parking is available on premises, plus free street parking nearby.
Is the suite on the water?
Yes. The suite sits right on the bay with a waterfront deck, a gas fire pit, and bistro lights. In summer, kayaks and an outdoor hot-water shower are available.
What about the heated dome?
From late fall through spring, guests can use an igloo-style heated dome with an electric fireplace for a cozy evening outside. Confirm availability for your dates with your request.
What’s nearby?
Downtown Portsmouth, the University of New Hampshire, Kittery (Maine) Outlet Shopping, the Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge, and several beaches are a short drive away. See the About Dover guide for activities and restaurants.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are not allowed. Maximum occupancy remains 2 guests.
